Program description. Eleventwenty LLC, the property management company for the Tangley property, sends operational text messages to its on-site vendors, contractors, and business partners. Messages include notices that guests have checked out and the property is ready to be cleaned, that laundry is ready for pickup, requests to confirm completed tasks, and updates on upcoming guest check-ins and vendor responses. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How you join. You join by verbally agreeing, in person or by phone, to receive texts from Eleventwenty. After you agree, you will receive a text confirming your enrollment.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per guest turnover.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
